Who doesn't love Friday? Especially when you get something for free? Freebie Fridays is a series on This Fresh Fossil in which I unleash a bit of my extra-creativity: for you. I'm a professional graphic designer who loves to design and wants to help you organize your life, have fun with your hobby, connect with friends and decorate your digs, by giving you a free design every Friday. Whether it's in the form of labels for organizing, cool artwork that you can print and frame, printable greeting cards, photographs, patterns, scrapbooking art, or more - every Friday there will be a custom free design for you.
It's nearly Spring - and that makes me happy! It makes me want to celebrate, with lots of cheerful colors - bright yellows and soft greens that mimic the regrowth of new life after the harsh Winter. So I figured - why not make a cheerful birthday bunting? Everyone has birthdays, and most people celebrate them - and usually don't want to spend a ton of money on decorations for it.
So I whipped up this fun and cheerful birthday bunting for your next birthday shin-dig. It's easy - just print it out onto cardstock, punch some holes in the sides, and run some twine or ribbon or yarn or whatever you have lying around, through the holes (for a complete tutorial, click here). Then tape it to your wall.
Ta-duh - it's an instant party!
