I'm super-interested in what you guys are gonna do for some overhead coverage.

@Sarah - Definitely keep an eye out at Lowe's - we've scored some major deals there on everything from furniture to mirrors. Love it! And that canopy you have your eye on looks amazing - I wonder if we could put one over our patio?

Thanks for stopping by, everyone!

~ChelseaAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14323856420499343282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4102494402649101287.post-28144515314489789742010-07-29T12:21:33.863-04:002010-07-29T12:21:33.863-04:00Um, totally love those chairs!! I'm on the lookout for some lanterns myself...let me know if you find some better ones that actually make ith through the outdoors.Cindy @The Flipping Couplehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13830938432043057496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4102494402649101287.post-91470858708474077182010-07-28T22:26:15.588-04:002010-07-28T22:26:15.588-04:00Whoa, that looks so good! But, I bring them in before it rains...anyway, the paint coat must help protect them.Sara @ Russet Street Renohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18120089301670852587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4102494402649101287.post-20499681052543742732010-07-28T19:20:40.195-04:002010-07-28T19:20:40.195-04:00Oh it looks so nice and welcoming Chelsea! We try to bring in our cushions if we know it's going to rain but usually just leave them out (they are all weather fabric). We do bring them in permanently for the winter. The deck is where we go if we want some nice outdoor dining, lounging or reading.Heather{Our Life In a Click}https://www.blogger.com/profile/09060166017198564022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4102494402649101287.post-33711100143563887902010-07-28T14:10:24.650-04:002010-07-28T14:10:24.650-04:00Your porch looks so inviting! I think we need to upgrade to two chairs and a table like you have.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4102494402649101287.post-68204079401196226152010-07-28T13:44:01.839-04:002010-07-28T13:44:01.839-04:00Thanks for the tip about Lowe's. Hopefully they have something with a loveseat-sized chair.

As for overhead coverage, I have been secretly dreaming of a chunky pergola or an all-weather canopy like this gazebo at JCPenney.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18241259676766173114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4102494402649101287.post-89466300419910430172010-07-28T13:09:57.371-04:002010-07-28T13:09:57.371-04:00I love faux wicker...could you tell? I like the lanterns too, but if they're rusting back they go!

I'm going through options right now to cut the overhead glare at our house. Fall is right around the corner, and the chilly 75 degree weekends will be a perfect time to pick up construction again.Life in Rehabhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11434589062809471487noreply@blogger.com
